We have been doing this since we were 13

Mor and Chen met in middle school and have been inseparable ever since. They started tutoring Hebrew together in high school — not because anyone asked them to, but because they genuinely loved watching people connect with the language.

Over the years, they taught hundreds of students across the US and Israel: heritage learners, Birthright participants, converts, people reconnecting with their grandparents language. Each one reminded them why this matters.

Bubale is the platform they always wished existed — built from the inside out, by teachers who have sat exactly where their students sit.

Dream — a school where diaspora Jews come home to Hebrew
Bubale
/ boo-ba-leh / — Yiddish term of endearment

Like calling someone sweetie or darling — the word your safta used. We named the platform after it because that is exactly the feeling we want every student to have: cared for, encouraged, and at home. Hebrew is not just a language. It is a thread back to your people.

Where we are going

The dream

A language school for diaspora Jews

One day — a real building. A place where people come to reconnect with Hebrew, Yiddish, and Jewish culture. Bubale is the first step.

Built by people who get it

We are diaspora Jews too. We know what it feels like to want to speak Hebrew and not know where to start. That is why everything we build starts from empathy first.
