The basics
Bubale is a Hebrew-learning platform operated by Mor and Chen, trading as Bubale. By creating an account or using Bubale, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Who can use Bubale
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country (13–16 in the EU), you need a parent or guardian’s permission. The Chaver community feature — including profiles, matching, and direct messages — is available only to users who are 18 or older.
Your account and conduct
Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Be respectful in Chaver chats, group sessions, and live classes. You may not harass other learners, post unlawful or harmful content, impersonate others, attempt to access data that is not yours, scrape the platform, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
Sessions, payments, and refunds
Some group and private sessions are paid; prices are shown before you book. You may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the session starts for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are not refunded. If we cancel or reschedule a session, you receive a full refund or a free rebooking. Nothing in this section limits statutory rights you may have as a consumer in your country.
Content and intellectual property
Lessons, exercises, artwork, and other Bubale content are ours or our licensors’ and are provided for your personal learning only. You keep ownership of content you create (such as messages and profile details) and grant us the limited license needed to operate the platform. AI-generated flashcards are produced automatically and may contain mistakes — double-check anything important.
Disclaimers and liability
Bubale is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep the platform available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Ending your account
You can stop using Bubale or ask us to delete your account at any time via the contact page. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Questions? Contact us.
